I am so excited about your opportunity to advance in Avon. It will be work but you already work very hard on it. I am waiting to say I know someone famous. You are so used to hard work, you will be on top in no time. As I said, I think you already started sprouting wings. You can fill us all in a few days later when you are here. If you still have energy, I am going to have to find out what you are drinking or eating. We will probably have Robin and family over on Tuesday night while everyone is here. I think Joey gets Tuesday off so maybe he can come.
My computer is going to automatic turn off in 4 minutes. So get some rest.

California Poppy

This is California's state flower. What is Utah's state flower?
I am so happy to be over the biopsy. It wasn't bad. I didn't cough. I didn't feel much. One hour in biopsy and 2 hours in recovery. There was a small chance of the lung collapsing, so 2 hours in recovery, one hour was really good sleep. I came home and took my cough drops, cough medicine, water and motrin. The things that I have been living on and couldn't have after 8:00 last night. Robin was here when I got home. She had taken the day off. She stayed until 3:30, that is why I didn't email or call you right away. Tomorrow is the last house cleaner interview and then I will decide on who to go with.
My lack of sleep is catching up with me. Talk to you tomorrow.

Columbine

This is Colorado's state flower. I used to have some in the backyard but this one was in Nevada.
Today was a good day. I went to the gym to talk to the trainer to see if she thought I could do anything. She gave me several exercises and several group ones to try. I felt better after doing a few. She also taught cancer fit classes. She is leaving on Friday but she was training someone to do the cancer classes but I guess she needs more training before she can start it. I went to relay meeting tonight. It was good. But my co captain is having so many family problems that I doubt if she comes and she signed up several iffy people. I guess I will have to have Kenny and Phil stay out there longer. I know they will be tired though. I really want them there for the luminaria. I wish that it could have worked out for you to be here to walk. Maybe next year.
Kris' friend Steve brought over dinner tonight. He is like family. He loves to cook and decorate it to look like it came from a fancy restaurant. Some is left that we can have it tomorrow night. I hope I feel like eating. I am in my fasting time now. I assume that means no cough drops or cough medicine. I am not supposed to drink much liquid either. That is my 3 main anti cough foods. I hope to sleep. But I guess I will get to sleep during the day tomorrow.
My neighbors had to put their dog down today. That is the one I got to take care of off and on. She was old and starting to have problems.
5:30 in the morning to get up. So I should go to bed now. I will email you late tomorrow.

Robin's dog. She was sitting quitely while I was doing Marisa's Pictures. A long day and a long week. I am glad I got everything done before chem, I am also glad we got everything worked out for our family visit. I still haven't heard from Phil about their arrival and departure date.
Sunrise service was nice but we didn't see the sun. I got up at 5: 30 this morning and been going ever since. Family get together was good. Food was good. Just a very good day!

What a day! Thanks to all your hard work, we are all getting together! For awhile I didn't think we would do it. I was going to send my cancer colors but I don't see how I can attach them so I will put it on email.

Maria in the middle gave the cooking demonstration at her house and donated the money to Relay. She is doing one more. Ruth, the other one is my good friend and co captain. I decided to go back to my very shirt hair but now that chemo has been moved to a later date, I will probably get it cut one more time. I had a very exhausting week but it is over. I went to bed early last night and feel better today. I like your private garden picture. If it doesn't rain today, I will go out to the church garden and plant a few things. I am going to early sunrise church tomorrow and come home. We are only going to have at the most 10 people for dinner. Riley's mother is coming but she has been here a few times before so I won't have to worry about entertaing her. Kris' friend Steve may come over before dinner. His mother lives out this way. He is almost like family. A good cook and he always bring some kind of exotic snack.
I didn't read your blog until I sent the email to everyone , I like what you sent. I am looking at my calendar again and I see that May 10-May 19 would work and Relay is on May 14-15 and we could all walk. I will call you and Norma before I send another email to the boys.

The burros in Las Vegas. they are almost in your car. It is like they are trained. I like your pictures an sayings. Also what you sent in email. And your package!! You have been busy. Bridge tomorrow afternoon and then I am done except for Easter.
I still don't have a for sure date for chemo. Thursday is biopsy.I did the last of Marisa's senior pictures this morning, lunch out at 12:30, out of town friends from 2-4 o'clock, then we watched the movie Secretarit and I am ready for bed.
