We usually have 4 baby hawks. I think I have seen 3. This one loves our patio near the pool. Today I very carefully got within 6 feet of him. I thought he would do something. He never did. We waited each other out for 15 minutes. Finally he moved on but never did anything different at the pool. I thought he would want a drink or something! BUT he just sat there. I am so happy I am in the digital world. Trying to get a good picture of him every time I moved up would have cost a fortune with film.

Baby Hawk June 29, 2010
We usually have 4 baby hawks. I think I have seen 3. This one loves our patio near the pool. Today I very carefully got within 6 feet of him. I thought he would do something. He never did.
