A garden bug

A garden bug from a garden tour!
25 pounds is wonderful! You have done it a nice slow healthy way. Are you on maintenance yet? I have more of an appetite than I did. I have to be careful what I eat to make it stay with me.In the class last night , she said I should have 70 grams of protein a day and at least some protein at each meal. She also suggested not eating the same type fish all the time because of the mercury level that is found in some fish. She had quite a bit of information plus hand outs. I went to the gym today after going to Mimi's. I feel better after working out. I am going every other day, trying to make that a habit so I don't talk myself out of it.
